Holley Properties Management Company, Ltd. owns and manages Real Estate and a large non-student apartment community in Bowling Green, Ohio. Formed in 1968 by Norman & Barbara Holley, we have over 50 years of experience.
Over the years we have owned a 100 unit hotel, a 75,000 sq. ft. strip shopping center, a mobile home park in Florida and still have several rental homes throughout Bowling Green.

Barberry Court
2003
We constructed Barberry Court in 2003; twelve upscale apartments.
Park West Apartments
2014
Park West Apartments was purchased and renovated in 2014. This mix of eighteen one- and two-bedroom, Frank Lloyd Wright – inspired apartments is adjacent to the Bowling Green City Park.
Dixie Avenue
2018
In 2018, we then purchased a triplex on Dixie Avenue, and began renovations immediately.

Started in 1968 by Norman and Barbara Holley, our company has owned and managed real estate in Bowling Green, Ohio…50 years of experience! Our family business has three generations actively involved, with each generation consisting of at least one Certified Apartment Manager – a designation earned through extensive education offered by the National Apartment Association. Being a family-owned business, we strive to reflect the special concern for each resident indicative of a personally involved operation. We depend on our residents’ patronage for the success of our business. We want you to have the same sense of pride in your home as we have in our family business.
We place great value on being good corporate citizens. You will see that we are heavily invested in our town. We think that our planet is worth saving, and will do what we reasonably can to ensure that we are not causing her harm. And, we care about the health and safety of our residents and our staff. One of the most impactful policies we've ever put into motion was our Non-Smoking Policy. We prohibit smoking of any kind on any property that we own or manage. This includes, but is not limited to, inside the apartments, out on the balconies/patios, or even in your car in the driveway.
